The NCEA Think(Green) Tank is comprised of a multi-disciplinary group of eco-experts who consult on the direction of NCEA activities & events. Bringing together local environmental experts ensures that the most current information is made available to the NC community and that the focus and content of activities are accurate, timely and relevant.

These subject matter-experts meet quarterly to discuss current issues and initiatives that impact North County area businesses and residents and assist in creating programs to inform and educate the community about them.

How They Participate

Think(Green) Tank Members:

  • Meet quarterly for 2hrs
  • Consult the NCEA on programs, initiatives and materials
  • Provide information and direction on policies, news and information impacting NC/SD
  • Attend and participate in NCEA events and activities
  • Share/promote the NCEA with their client network

Think(Green) Tank members are independent consultants working with the NCEA on a volunteer basis and are available for consulting/speaking engagement opportunities.

The North County Eco Alliance (NCEA) nurtures eco-focused organizations and their communities in the quest to ‘Protect the Planet’.  NCEA advocates collaboration and sharing of information and resources between members and co-marketing activities that create a more powerful community voice. The NCEA was founded by Encinitas Environment Day, Inc. a 501(c)3 non-profit.
