Crowdfunding Seminar: For Profits and For Non-Profits

Encinitas, CA: 3-Hour Seminar: “Crowdfunding: For Profits and Non-Profits” is held on Thursday, March 23rd from 2:30 – 6 pm at the Leichtag Foundation in Encinitas.  TICKETS: http://crowdvestingmedia.com/crowdfunding-seminar/

Are you an entrepreneur or non-profit and all you need now is seed money? Learn The Principles of Crowdfunding and How To Raise Capital Using The JOBS Act

Expert speakers will give valuable information on the JOBS Act (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) and the new laws that opened the flood gates to Title III Regulation Crowdfunding last May. Crowdfunding allows entrepreneurs, foundations and organizations to raise essential capital to jumpstart, or continue, their endeavors. It is estimated by Forbes close to 2 TRILLION dollars will be raised worldwide by the year 2020 by small businesses and organizations.

A celebrity national Securities Attorney, Mr. Richard Weintraub, Esq., will share the inside story on Crowdfunding and give expert advise on the legal aspects of raising money on the Internet. We also highlight a copyright/intellectual property business attorney, Tristan Younghaus, Esq. of Coastal Pacific Law so you can protect your ideas. Because Crowdfunding depends on the “crowd”, we are also honored with a presentation by Ruth Hedges, creator and producer of the annual Global Crowdfunding Convention in its 6th year, to give expert advice on social media automation and how to recruit investors and manage your investment Crowdfunding campaign.

This is a second in a series of Crowdfunding Seminars produced by Jerri Nachman, Founder, CrowdVesting Media, Encinitas, CA. Nachman has been a business owner in Encinitas since 1986 as an award winning video producer, website developer and graphic designer. Her focus in the past 18 years has been developing marketing campaigns for securitized investment firms throughout the United States.

Anyone who wishes to attend the March 23rd seminar, please either contact the producer or sign up here:  http://crowdvestingmedia.com/crowdfunding-seminar/ or email the producer, Jerri Nachman at Jerri@CrowdVestingMedia.com/

Become A Benefactor!

Each seminar we produce sponsors worthy students/entrepreneurs and military Veterans. Please follow the link https://crowdvestingmedia.eventbrite.com and sponsor someone who could use your support. You can nominate a participant or we will find a deserving matching person. Thank you!

Who Should Attend?

The seminar is geared for “for-profit” and “non-profit” entities. Regardless the stage your organization is in raising capital, anyone interested in seeking funding through the Internet using the new Regulation Crowdfunding should attend.

 Venue

THE LEICHTAG FOUNDATION, 441 Saxony Road, Encinitas, CA 92024

We are so fortunate to be meeting at the Leichtag Foundation Commons, Barn 2 who took over the Ecke Poinsettia Ranch in Encinitas a few years ago and created an energetic HUB of entrepreneurial growth. They also founded the adjacent Coastal Roots Farm in 2012, a futuristic organic farm who gives millions of pounds of fresh, clean produce to underprivileged families.
